The most interesting global issue that we have covered is the HIV&AIDS epidemic. People everywhere suffer from the life threatening immune disease. It is interesting to me because I have always wanted to travel across the world with UNICEF to help AIDS infected children.
The issue that should be covered in more detail is animal cruelty. Animals all over the world are abused & they should have rights just as people do. They should not be mistreated because they are living & and feelings just as people do.
The most intersting global issue to me is global warming. I think this is intersting because no one really knows if it is true or fault, it depends on which evidence you are hearing.
A global issue that i think should be covered more is women's rights. In our country women are usually treated equally however in other countries women barely have any rights.
The most interesting global issue to me is global warming because its kind of scary to me. Whats going to happen when it gets really severe? Its really going on and its getting worse. If you've ever seen 2010 idk if it has anything to do with it lol but its about how the earths core is too heated up. That is scary

Living in the wealthiest nation in the world, it blows my mind to think that some people only live on less than 2 dollars a day. Pein poverty stricken nations can not even afford to go to school, or get proper healthcare.
I think the most interesting global issue is the human rights issue. It really should be looked at more. Everyone always pays attention to the HUGE offence in human rights, such as slavery. Alot of people don't know that our rights are vandillized every day, even here. Human rights is such a huge concept. It can be as little as your school taking away your freedom of speech and expression, or as big as modern day slavery.
I agree with Emily, it is sad that it seems like people care more about animal rights than human rights sometimes...Prime example: Donte Stallworth kills a guy driving drunk and gets 30 Days in prison..michael Vick kills dogs and gets 2 years
the most interesting global issue that we;ve considered throughout this course would be tied between global warming and obesity. they're both occuring and are big issues and i find them both very interesting, and i cant decide between the two because they're both very different topicssss!!

Out of all the global issues that we have examined, i believe that homelessness apealed to me the most because little facts are known concerning this devastating issue. This problem in particular should be discussed more in depth because it is greatly affecting the lives of many americans.

An issue that I think should be is child soldiers. Not many people know about it unless there is a program roaming around. They are the ones who are trying to get more people more knowledgable about things like this and we should try to help out.
I think the most interesting global issue was child soldiers. I think this because it is just crazy to think a little 12 year old is running around with an AK 47 ready for action. I think the military should be more covered in detail because we should know about our own military.

I think its interesting because I never realized how hard is it for those people to survive in their country untill i played that game with the little family. Its a struggle everyday just to put food on their plates, and staying healthy and happy through it all is almost impossible.

Me personally i think the most important global issue is global warming and the reason why i think that it is so important is because it has a big affect on how long we live on the beautiful earth and if we dont start making alot of changes we arent going to be here for that much longer

i thought it was Drug Addiction because thats what iv learned most about in this class.
