Week 12 - Human Rights

Basic human rights, that we take for granted, are currently being violated all over the world. Take a look at the following website: http://www.hrw.org/en/home (Human Rights Watch) and describe one of the violations. Also, comment on one of your peer's posting.

48 comments:

  1. Government officials, security forces, and their agents routinely abduct people off the streets of Beijing and other Chinese cities, strip them of their possessions, and imprison them. These black jails are often located in state-owned hotels, nursing homes, and psychiatric hospitals.
